Dragonflight Twitch Drops:
Today we finally got confirmation of the Dragonflight Twitch Drops starting from the 15th of November, alternatively known as Phase Two of the Dragonflight Pre-Patch.
For those unsure of the content coming over the next couple of months, please check out my previous blog post: Dragonflight Launch Roadmap, for more information!
How to Enter:
To be eligible for Twitch Drops, you must connect your Battle.net account with your Twitch account. To do this, head to your connections settings and link your account!
Carefully follow the directions and understand the cooldown limitation of seven days for relinking accounts!
I’m a Twitch Streamer; How do I Enable Drops?
Follow the directions mentioned above, link your Twitch channel to your Battle.net account, and make sure you have Drops Enabled on Twitch! If you’re unsure, check this How To from Twitch Support.
If you experience any further issues, contact Twitch Support for more advice.
First Twitch Drops:
As mentioned above, the first Twitch Drops will be available from the 15th of November at 15:00 (PST) and finish on the 18th of November at 23:59 (PST).
You will earn the Battle Pet: Dragon Kite by watching at least four hours of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight content while Twitch Drops are active. Check out my blog post here, where I highlight the impact this reward will have on the current value of the Dragon Kite.
These Twitch Drops coincide with the release of Phase Two of the Dragonflight Pre-Patch and the release of the new Hero Class: Dracthyr.

The Second Twitch Drops:
The second set of Twitch Drops will begin on the 28th of November at 15:00 (PST) and finish on the 1st of December at 23:59 (PST).
Again, by watching four hours of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight content, you will be rewarded with the mount: Feldrake. Now here’s a reward I’m looking forward to. There’s none in the E.U region, so never managed to buy one!
These Twitch Drops coincide with Blizzard’s new expansion launch of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight!

Twitch Drops Number Three:
The third set of Twitch Drops will start on the 13th of December at 15:00 (PST). These will conclude on the 28th of December at 23:59 (PST).
Viewers that have watched at least two hours of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight content will receive the toy: Perpetual Purple Firework.
These Twitch Drops will coincide with the opening of the new Raid in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight – Vault of the Incarnates (VotI).

Support a Streamer:
Between the 28th of November at 15:00 (PST) and the 12th of December at 23:59 (PST), you can support an eligible World of Warcraft Twitch streamer.
To receive this reward, you must gift two channel subscriptions to an eligible World of Warcraft streamer. Upon completion, you’ll receive the Ichabod Harvest Golem pet. How cool is that pet?!

FAQ:
I’ll redirect you to Blizzard’s Offical Post. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you’ll find their FAQ regarding their Twitch Drops promotion.
The Rewards:
Well, for those who haven’t noticed, The Dragon Kite and the Feldrake are rewards from the Trading Card Game (TCG). Although the TCG is no longer in production, these can still be purchased at the Auction House today!
- The Dragon Kite averages: (U.S 700k) (E.U 599k)
- The Feldrake averages: (U.S 6.59m) (E.U N/A)
There are no Feldrake’s on E.U. However, there are seven in the U.S region. To check your realms values, check out The Undermine Journal!
I feel the mount and battle pet may appear in your collections once you’ve claimed it. However, the battle pet can be caged, similar to Bananas from a previous promotion.
The Perpetual Purple Firework was also a Trading Card Game reward but is no longer obtainable.
Claiming your Rewards:
Once you’ve claimed your rewards on Twitch, please make sure you’re logging into the Battle.net region you’d like to receive the drop(s) on, as the first region you log into will be where your items will be delivered. After claiming, it can take 24 hours to receive your reward(s) in-game.
Conclusion:
I have the Dragon Kite already; however, I’m looking forward to getting my hands on the mount and the toy. Those selling the Dragon Kites expect their value to drop; how much will depend on how many participate in the Twitch Drops and claim their kites.
The new pet Ichabod seems nice; it’s just a case of finding two World of Warcraft streamers to support, wink wink! Add your streamer suggestions in the comment section below!
