What is The Undermine Journal (Website):
The Undermine Journal (alternatively known as TUJ) is a website that offers auction house data for the specified Region/Realm you require in World of Warcraft. TUJ acquires this data via snapshots from Blizzard’s API, which is updated every hour.
Once you’ve selected your Region/Realm, you can input any item in the search bar, and it will offer you essential auction house data for that item. With this auction house data, we can correctly value our item(s), making buying and selling as efficient as possible.
What is The Undermine Journal (Addon):
The Undermine Journal in-game add-on shows realm-specific pricing in tooltips for all items and battle pets on all US, EU, and KR realms. Data includes:
- Average market price for your realm over the past 3 days
- Average market price for your realm over the past 14 days
- Standard deviation of market price for your realm over the past 14 days
- Number of days since the item was last seen on your AH
- Global median market price right now
- Global average market price right now
- Global standard deviation of market price right now
Prices are aware of item bonuses and pet breeds as well, so, for example, Heroic items have separate prices from Heroic Warforged, Mythic, etc.
The add-on is updated twice a week, on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Update your add-ons regularly to have the latest release available in-game.
