Add-on: AutoLooter:
As many of you know, I’ve been playing my level 20 Twink on MoP Remix for many weeks now, and what makes boosting my alts efficient is the add-on AutoLooter. This add-on is easy to use, and with some tips I’ll share in the article, it will make your life easier, too!
What is Autolooter?
AutoLooter is an add-on that can auto-loot from corpses, chests, etc. Think of Blizzard’s default auto-loot option but with a lot more configuration. As described by the add-on developer, “Loot what you want and keep your precious bag slots free of trash!”
Where to Download Autolooter?
You can download AutoLooter from Curse here. Otherwise, search for the add-on if you have the CurseForge app.
Thank you to the add-on creator, ElioteMarcondes.
How to: Autolooter
Before getting started, ensure you’ve deselected the Blizzard default auto-loot option. Failing to do so will deem the add-on useless, as it will override any settings you create in the new add-on. This option is available at:
Game Menu (Esc)>Options>Controls>Auto Loot (untick).
With the add-on successfully imported to World of Warcraft and loaded into the game, enter the following in the chat box: /AutoLooter. This forward slash command will open the AutoLooter configuration window. In the General Tab, ensure you’ve ticked Fast Loot. You can also opt out of items by rarity, for instance, if you want to restrict Poor and Common quality items when looting.
Ultimately, eliminating Poor and Common items when looting will save space within your inventory, but remember, many Transmog and Consumables come in Poor and Common quality.

What Items to Ignore and Whitelist?
If you’re boosting characters through Heroic Dungeons, you’ll want to ignore the Bonus Experience tokens that drop from bosses. The tokens are sent to your mailbox from The Postmaster. Looting these tokens later (when your cloak is above 300% experience gains) will power-level you from level 42 to level 70! Manthieus explains this method here.
For those completing the quests and reputation for the Sunreaver Onslaught (content on the Isle of Thunder), you’ll come across Shan’ze Ritual Stones. These stones summon special mobs; you need to collect three stones. However, you’re limited to 2 per day (excluding the Scenario: Troves of the Thunder King).
Shan’ze Ritual Stones is added to the ignore list and sends these to your mailbox, meaning you can collect more than the allocated limit per day. Once you have enough, loot them from your mailbox and defeat all the special mobs.
Adding Items to the Ignore List:
With the configuration window still open, click on Blacklist. Here, you can ignore specific items in World of Warcraft when looting, for example, Bonus Experience tokens or Shan’ze Ritual Stones. To add these to the Ignore List (blacklist), add the item names/item IDs.
Below, I’ve added some that would benefit you if you’re playing MoP Remix.
Once you follow these steps, your Ignore List will look similar to the image below.

Items to add to Whitelist:
If you have poor and common items ignored from the Rarity section, be aware you will not automatically pick up specific items of interest. Here are a couple of items that I use that may be of interest to you, too!
