Mythic Dungeon Level 110 Heirloom Trinkets
Following on from my post yesterday regarding Patch 6.2.3 Preview, something I missed, was the news of a Heirloom Trinkets which scales to level 110.
If you remember towards the end of the last expansion of Mists of Pandaria (MoP), when we had to defeat Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege of Orgrimmar, we had a 100% chance to acquire a heirloom weapon for our selected class/spec that scaled up to level 100, to help level within Warlords of Draenor (WoD). Well this time, in a bid to help level when Legion falls, we’ll have trinkets which will scale up to level 110. The trinkets will have a chance to drop from running WoD Mythic Dungeons.
Guilds were constantly selling boosts for Garrosh Hellscream in the last expansion, due to the high demand for the heirloom weapons. However at this early stage, it’s unclear of the drop rate for the trinket, but if it turns out to be another 100% drop rate, then don’t be surprised to see a flood of trade chat messages, looking to sell boosts to people desperate enough to get their hands on one.
You’ll also notice that the trinkets are ilevel 715 at level 100 and go to a maximum ilevel 800 at level 110! I think it’s also too early, to question whether they’re good enough to out do any of the trinkets you may already have, but suppose that knuckles down to what you have already. Without doubt this is an ideal opportunity for a low geared alt and when you start levelling in legion.
Loot Specialisation:
Be careful of your loot specialisation when running a Mythic dungeon. If you’re fortunate enough to earn one of the trinkets below, you will earn a trinket for your specialisation that you have chosen. Simply right click your avatar/player frame and under loot options, change your specialisation.
The Trinkets:
Judgement of the Naaru
Gronntooth War Horn
Orb of Voidsight
Infallible Tracking Charm
Purified Shard of the Third Moon
Server Hop or Cross Realm Assist:
If you’re struggling to find groups to complete a Mythic dungeon, make sure you download one of these addons called Server Hop or Cross Realm Assist. These are fantastic addons, that help you to find groups. I use these to find groups for Mythic dungeons or my weekly Kazzak kill. Be aware of restrictions to most groups, i.e. some may have ilevel restrictions to guarantee you’re well geared and can assist your team mates in battle. Be sure to read any tactics or ask before you start. People appreciate someone asking if they don’t know, than just jump in and wipe and it’s you’re fault for not asking or reading up.
Remember, this has only recently been added to PTR so could be subject to change at anytime. Be sure to check out Wowhead.com for updated information regarding the trinkets.

Patch 6.2.3 Preview
WOW! just look at that mount! Wowhead have just informed us all, that Patch 6.2.3 will be hitting the PTR very soon and without doubt the highlight for me, is the news of this mount, The Infinite Timereaver. With the emergence of Cataclysm Timewalking Dungeons, Blizzard have made this mount available via a RARE drop from any Boss within a Cataclysm Timewalking Dungeon.
However, some maybe upset to realise that the long-awaited mount, the Grove Warden, will be a quest reward, tied into defeating Heroic/Mythic Archimonde. If you’re not a regular raider like myself, and come to a point where you save up to pay for a boost, do expect to find the prices hike up, when this patch is finally gets released… but it’s well worth it in my opinion.
And in short, Valor Points and Item Upgrades are returning and finally, Pit of Saron will be included to WotLK Timewalking Dungeon and Magisters’ Terrace will be added to TBC Timewalking Dungeon.
Anyway, checkout Wowhead HERE for the full details…

Wowhead Weekly #51
Wowhead
Wowhead was created back in 2005, but was
originally developed as a talent calculator. Thankfully, over time it’s been developed further and has become an integral part of World of Warcraft offering detailed guides, information on quests/objectives and more importantly holds the database for every item you can think of within World of Warcraft.
If like myself, you’re in need of help, it’s always the first place i go to. If you can get past some of the trolls or mis-information posted by the minority, you can find some very good tips from the community. I have only recently joined the Wowhead community myself, i have no idea why it took me so long to join and sign up, but better late than never I suppose.
Wowhead also host regular roundups and reviews with Downtime Tuesday and Wowhead Weekly covering news, updates, patches etc from Panser aka @Tradechat and the sites Director, @Perculiar. Check out Panser and Perc on Twitter for regular updates and shenanigans.
